Coordinates and oversee all technical aspect of the event, this include pre planning and execution, hiring crews, vendors and liaison with the client

Supervise  all aspects of the technical direction of the event, including planning, crews coordination and equipment delivery schedules. 

Coordinate with the client the show flow of the event, create event rehearsal agenda, direct all crews involved in the event

The V1 is the video engineer in charge of projection and video contents to be displayed on the screens 

In Charge of editing and playng graphic contents to be displayed on screens

In charge of playing media contents on screens, also assist the graphic operator if the need arise 

In Charge of camera switching for IMAG or the tape recording purposes

In charge of operating a studio production camera with long lens for IMAG or tape recording purposes

In charge of assisting the main video engineer with set up and strike of video equipment, also assist the camera operator with image correction while on screen.

The A1 is the audio engineer in charge of the sound system set up as well as operating the audio board during the event 

In Charge of assisting the A1 wit the set up of the audio system as well as assisting  the presenters to properly position the microphone during the event.

In charge of setting up the  wireless microphones ensuring that audio frequencies do not conflict with each other.

In charge of assisting the main video engineer with set up and strike of video equipment, also assist the camera operator with image correction while on screen.

Ensure that stage hands properly complete the duty assigned within the expected deadline, keeps track of crew clock times and report to the stage manager if any issue arise. 

In Charge of setting up the stage, scenics, assist with video, audio and lighting, riggers , electricians etc..
